Call for abstracts Vaccine Acceptance Research Network ConferenceUNICEF is partnering with Sabin to announce the second annual Vaccination Acceptance Research Network conference, VARN2023, will be held from June 13-15, 2023, in Bangkok, Thailand. This meeting will be an open, in-person event with facilitation of virtual presentations, as needed. Conference sessions will provide a space for exploration and facilitate the wide dissemination of a growing body of knowledge, practice, and evidence-informed strategies for driving action across the vaccination acceptance and demand ecosystem. Learning Collective Initiative in Covid-19 Vaccine Delivery PartnershipThis initiative series aims to collect and share key learnings, best practices and challenges in planning and implementing COVID-19 vaccination uptake. The sessions cover a range of topics with the November session focusing on best practices to integrate Covid-19 vaccination into Primary Health Care and Essential Immunization. Two countries presented their experiences: Cambodia (integrating Covid-19 vaccination with hypertension and diabetes screening for adults) and Colombia (joint planning of Covid-19 vaccine as one more vaccine of the National Immunization Program for 2023).
