CDC COVID-19 Response Promising Practices in Health Equity II
The effects of COVID-19 on the health of racial and ethnic minority groups is still emerging; however, current data suggest a disproportionate burden of illness and death among these groups. In this video, presenters from local jurisdictions and national organizations discussed actions taken to mitigate the disproportionate impact on racial and ethnic minorities. Presenters discussed strategies to reduce COVID-19 health inequities for racial and ethnic minorities at the local, state, and national level.

Interim Guidelines for COVID-19 Antibody Testing

Data to inform antibody testing (also referred to as serologic testing) guidance is rapidly evolving. Recommendations on the use of serologic tests to determine protective immunity and infectiousness among persons recently infected with SARS-CoV-2 will be updated as new information becomes available.

CDC is working across the Department of Health and Human Services and across the U.S. government in the public health response to COVID-19.
